Founding of Mount Saint Teresa

 Mt. St. Teresa PROVINCE
The Province of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus was founded in 1926 by three Canadian Brothers, led by Brother Charles jules Poitras. This means that the Province is now 85 years old, 15 years away from making a centenary. During this period a lot has been achieved: the indigenous Brothers have been recruited and empowered, several schools, institutions and a University College opened, new missions including the Province of St. Michael the Archangel started and assets acquired. During this time the Brothers have worked in many places within and outside Uganda.
